Shipping and handling policy

Order processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Generally, processing an order can take 2 to 3 days from the time the order is placed before it is shipped, and even longer during holidays. 

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. You can log into your account and view your order and status at any time.

Shipping and Handling

Decants are shipped through Canada Post with no tracking.

Orders to $100 total are $8 for shipping and handling in Canada ($15 USA; $17 international). 

If you require tracking, there is an additional cost of $20.00 CAD.

Bottles

We keep our fragrances in their original packaging or in boxes or drawers in a temperature-controlled room. All products are final sale. We do not offer any exchanges, replacements, or reimbursements for any products bought on perfumeniche.

Partial bottles (spilts) and full bottles will be sent by UPS. Rates vary depending on size and weight.

Customs, duties or taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. 

If your order is returned due to Customs or Export Control Regulations, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Seizure and destruction by customs is not the responsibility of perfumeniche.

Any international package may have insurance purchased for it. If insurance is purchased, the actual value of the contents will be declared on the customs declaration.

Rates for partial bottles (splits) and full bottles are based on weight and destination.
